Fantastika 2026 is an SF convention that will take place in Dieselverkstaden in Sickla near the center of Stockholm on October 23-25, 2026. The venue has been used for SF conventions in 2013, 2016, 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2024, and our goal is the same type of convention. There will be programme on Friday 17.00 – 21.00, on Saturday 10.00 – 21.00, and on Sunday 10.00 – 17.00. After Closing on Sunday there will be a Dead Dog Party. We intend to have at least one English programme at all times.
The members of the sf convention Luncon 2025 decided that Fantastika 2026 will be the national SF convention, i e Swecon 2026.

Membership
The membership fee is SEK 400 or corresponding in EURO, GBP or USD when pre-registering no later than October 19, 2026.
Youth membership: If you have not yet turned 26 when the convention starts, your membership is free, provided that you register in advance (on October 19, 2026, at the latest).
Children: Members below 12 years of age do not have to pay a membership fee.
Prices at the door: Whole weekend 500 SEK (below 26 years of age 400 SEK), Friday 150 SEK, Saturday 300 SEK, Sunday 150 SEK. We accept Swish, Vipps, and cash, but unfortunately not payment by card.
How to get to Fantastika 2026
There are several options to get to Dieselverkstaden
Taxi
A taxi from Arlanda to Sickla and Home Hotel Tapetfabriken will cost about 1000 SEK and take 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the traffic.
To Stockholm Cental Station
The Arlanda Express takes 18 minutes and costs 340 SEK.
To Stockholm C (Cityterminalen)
The airport buses (Flygbussarna or Flexibus) take about 40 minutes and cost 80-150 SEK.
To Sickla by commuter train (Pendeltåget)
Pendeltåget number 40 to Årstaberg and change to Tvärbanan number 30 to Sickla.

From the City Centre to Sickla
When planning your travels to, from, and around Fantastika 2026, we recommend that you primarily plan on travelling to Sickla (Nacka) via Gullmarsplan and taking the tram (Tvärbanan) from there.
Usually, changing at Slussen – a major interchange hub north of Gullmarsplan – is a great idea, but the city is currently building a major new bus station there. As a result, it’s currently a very long walk, c. 900 meters, from the tunnelbana (metro trains) station to the temporary bus stop complex.
Metro to Gullmarsplan, change to the tram (Tvärbanan) to station Sickla. Time 25 minutes
Metro to Slussen, change to bus (409, 410, 413,414,422) to Sickla Bro. The bus from Slussen takes about 10 minutes.
